1. Introduction

Welcome to mari888 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). mari888 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international licensing, offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related services to registered users.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the legally binding agreement between mari888 and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the Platform at https://mari888.cam. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close any active account. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Users regardless of jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you expressly warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain 21 or older throughout your use of the Platform.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their place of residence or jurisdiction. The Platform is not directed at individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. mari888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. mari888 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are discovered, all associated Accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals may be voided.

3.4 Acting on Your Own Behalf

By registering, you confirm that you are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. Use of another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials is expressly prohibited and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Registration information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and country of residence. You agree to promptly update this information if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mari888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You agree to notify mari888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal — and in some cases prior to allowing continued gameplay — mari888 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification. Users may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement showing account holder name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mari888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency option is expressly offered. The Platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction. Withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. Specific limits applicable to your Account will be displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following general timelines, subject to successful KYC verification:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow: Typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours of approval.
• Cryptocurrency (where available): Typically processed within 30 minutes to 12 hours, subject to network confirmation times.

Withdrawal timelines are indicative only. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. mari888 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method

As a standard anti-money laundering control, withdrawals will wherever possible be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. mari888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal to an alternative payment method.

5.5 No Interest on Account Balances

Account balances held on the Platform do not accrue interest. Inactive Accounts (defined as Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more) may be subject to an inactivity fee of RM10 per calendar month, deducted from the remaining Account balance, following written notice to the registered email address.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by mari888 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion ("Bonus Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Bonus Terms specific to a promotion, the Bonus Terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier applicable to a specific bonus will be clearly stated at the time of that bonus offer. As a general guide:

• Wagering requirements represent the total bet amount required before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• A bonus with a 15× wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets.
• Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 25%. Sports betting contributions will be specified per promotion.
• Bonuses expire after the number of days specified in the relevant offer (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible stake per bet or spin is RM300 unless a lower limit is specified in the Bonus Terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, at mari888's discretion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the bonus system — including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, staking patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with fair play — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, potential Account suspension, and recovery of any improperly obtained winnings.

6.5 Referral Programme

Users who participate in the mari888 referral programme agree that referral bonuses are payable only when the referred individual successfully registers, completes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referral and the creation of secondary accounts to generate referral rewards is a violation of these Terms and will result in Account closure.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sportsbook rules, and these Terms. mari888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome; (b) the bet is placed in violation of these Terms; or (c) the bet appears to be part of a coordinated pattern of exploitation.

7.2 Sportsbook Rules

Sports betting markets, including EPL (English Premier League), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets available on the Platform, are governed by specific sportsbook rules made available within the Platform. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise disrupted, settlement rules will apply as described in the sportsbook rules. Generally: postponed events will be voided; abandoned events may be settled based on partial results, depending on the sport and duration of play.

7.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer human dealing, as applicable. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during play, any placed bets will be resolved in accordance with game completion rules specified for that game type. mari888 is not liable for bets lost due to network interruptions on the User's side.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including software malfunction, erroneous odds, incorrect game display, or human error — mari888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Account. Winnings derived from manifest errors shall not be paid and may be recovered from Account balances where already credited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Registering or attempting to register as a Prohibited Person (under 21 or otherwise ineligible);
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage in games or on the sportsbook;
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker or live dealer games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or members of the mari888 support team;
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any unlawful, defamatory, or objectionable content through any communication feature of the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, permanent Account closure, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, games, graphics, logos, trade marks, and other intellectual property made available on or through the Platform — including the mari888 brand name, logo, and domain — are the exclusive property of mari888 or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of mari888. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mari888, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, whether due to skill, chance, or game outcomes;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or third-party service disruptions;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security;
• Indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity connected to use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by mari888

mari888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects that: (a) the User has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes; (c) the Account is subject to a legal investigation; or (d) the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Closure by User

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the mari888 support team. Where an Account is closed at the User's request with a positive balance, any remaining Real Money Funds (excluding active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

11.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Where an Account is closed under the Platform's Self-Exclusion programme, the closure is permanent for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the User. Attempts to re-register during a self-exclusion period constitute a violation of these Terms. See Section 12 for full details on Responsible Gambling tools.

12. Responsible Gambling

mari888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Requests to lower limits take effect immediately. Requests to raise limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session duration limits, after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Users may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying time spent in session and amount wagered.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. This tool cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by mari888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mari888 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed using appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Platform.

Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. For data-related queries, please refer to the Privacy Policy or contact the support team directly.

14. Amendments to These Terms

mari888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered Users will be notified via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with at least 7 days' advance notice where practicable. Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by law, may take effect immediately.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mari888 holds its gaming licence, as applicable to the operator entity. Users acknowledge that this may not be the law of Malaysia or the law of their country of residence.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, Users are encouraged to first contact the mari888 support team to attempt informal resolution. The support team will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Users may have recourse to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under mari888's international gaming licence, including referral to the relevant regulatory body or independent dispute resolution service. Details of such recourse options will be provided upon request.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
